Designed and facilitated the stakeholder workshop for the Sydney Institute of Marine Science, a unique focal point for collaborative marine research and innovation, with over 100 scientists and graduate students providing marine research for policy makers and managers, and research training and teaching in the marine sciences. Workshop involved design and facilitation of stakeholders to inform the UN Sustainable Oceans for the Decade Strategy, which resulted in the development of a strategic framework for a decade-strong pipeline of research services and marine collaborations. Stakeholder liaison with university partners, industry and the NSW Government ensured transparent process and key stakeholder groups were represented and strategy supported.
