Facilitated a strategy workshop for Children’s Discovery, a registered charity that develops STEM-based learning programs for children and their families. Facilitation involved design and delivery with a select group of investors and science educators to review strategy and to find growth opportunities to support a sustainable pathway. Resulted in establishment of advisory board to support strategic direction.
