Supported the BaptistCare’s Housing and Retirement Living team to deliver a community consultation for the Development Application lodgement for the redevelopment of its aged care centre at its current Point Clare site on the Central Coast. The redevelopment involved the integration of a series of social housing units within the development as part of BaptistCare’s Social Affordable Housing partnership. Consultation improved stakeholder sentiment regarding social housing and demonstrated transparency in process which secured a community priority list of activities and endorsement of the site redevelopment.
