This session used story to build engagement in groups. By using an interactive sequence, the group found a rich connection between theory and practice for those working with stories in organisational, community and education settings. As stories point to the humans in the room, to relationships, communication patterns, gestures and movement, we went beyond traditional formats of role, position and personality to build cooperation among people and groups.
