Developed the ESG narrative to support board and executive reporting and the 2025 ESG Strategy.

Organisational focus on ESG had become unaligned so narrative development involved reframing ESG as a key driver of strategic alignment and creating a presentation pack consisting of board, executive leadership team and employee communications that positions ESG principles into business decisions for strategic alignment with Net Zero ambition.
