I wanted to take a moment to express how impressed I am with Gabrielle’s exceptional management of the committee during the revision of the standard. I was very impressed with the dedication and professionalism displayed when navigating the challenges of such a demanding committee. We needed help with a community consultation for an integrated aged care/social housing development on the Central Coast. The community were very vocal in their opposition to BaptistCare’s proposed plans. We felt Gabrielle understood our organisation and what we were wanting to achieve, and had experience with property development issues. Her advice was well rounded in providing a strategy to shift the community perceptions and her facilitation helped us take the temperature down in the community. As a result we are progressing with our development applications and engaging the community more collaboratively.
